Do I need previous experience to join ŞHRMUN?
No, first-timers are welcome as well as experienced participants. As ŞHRMUN, we offer different committees that you can join based on your interests and experience level.
How do I prepare for ŞHRMUN?
Study guides for each committee will be published before the conference. They will have the essential information that you will
need during debates, therefore reading your committee’s study guide and researching your country’s policy will be enough.
What is the official language?
The official language during sessions is English and any use of other language is strictly out of order. However, during coffee breaks, you may use both English and Turkish as you like.
ORGANIZATION
What is the dress code?
We separate dress code in two:for female and male.
Female guests are expected to wear blouses/shirts with
trousers/knee-length skirts or dresses.
Male guests are expected to wear shirts with trousers along with a
tie or a bow.
White shoes, crop tops, yoga pants, sweatpants, shorts, jeans,
slippers, too-short skirts, and colorful clothes are strictly prohibited.
We would like to remind you that going against the dress code may
result in the expulsion of the participant from the conference.
Can we invite our friends to ŞHRMUN Gala?
No you can’t bring your friends from outside , they need to participate in MUN.
Where will ŞHRMUN25 take place?
ŞHRMUN25 will take place in Eskişehir, Private Şehir Schools
Do you arrange accomodations?
No, but we can help you to find a place
Do we need to pay an extra fee for the gala?
No, Gala is included in the price.
